DR. SCHWARZENBACH® Special Skin Care products have been specially developed to regenerate and protect ageing skin.

Thanks to its special formulation, skin protect zinc cream is suitable for the treatment of areas of skin under extreme strain, irritated and stressed areas of skin, and macerations.

Through its skin-covering property, the cream provides long-lasting protection against:

Skin protect zinc cream is also suitable for the treatment of smaller areas of skin damage such as open and cracked areas of skin, grazes, scratches and cuts.

The skin´s own repair and wound-healing mechanisms are activated through the PhytoRepairComplex, which was developed in the DR. SCHWARZENBACH® R&D department.

This complex is made from premium-quality plant extracts (penny marshwort, horsetail, oat, and ginkgo) and is biologically rich in important trace elements, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, polysaccharides and phytosterols.

It supports the natural regeneration of skin areas that have been damaged through internal and external influences.

Apply two to three times a day as required to areas of skin under extreme strain, and to irritated or stressed skin.

Protection of wound edges: Apply once a day when the dressing is changed.

The cream forms a moisture-repellent film and is thus ideal in combination with medical dressings, e.g. to protect the edges of a wound.
It is easy to wash off the skin using a wet dressing or compress.

Use within 12 months of opening.

Zinc: Promotes cell regeneration and barrier function, and supports the skin´s defence against infection. Only contained in skin protect zinc cream.

Bisabolol: Alleviates skin irritation, protects skin against free radicals, accelerates wound healing, and has an antimicrobial effect.

Penny marshwort: Activates collagen synthesis, promotes wound healing, and has an antimicrobial effect. Tones connective tissue by increasing collagen synthesis in the case of scars, burns, abscesses and to aid wound healing.

Horsetail: Rich in silicic acid, minerals and trace elements. Activates purification of skin and tissue. Boosts the skin´s firmness, elasticity and healing process.

Oat: Rich in minerals, trace elements, silicic acid, and polysaccharides. Improves skin´s elasticity, binds moisture, has an anti-irritant effect, and alleviates itching.

Ginkgo: Potent antioxidant. Improves blood flow properties. Stimulates circulation - especially in the capillaries.
